Globally listed founder-led companies, structured for ETF Connect: Hong Kong listings eligible for Southbound trading form the core of the index, alongside founder-led companies listed elsewhere.
Overview
The Solactive Lumenary Global Founders Connect Index carries the flagship’s founder-led universe into Hong Kong’s Stock Connect channel. It holds the same founder-led companies, with Hong Kong-listed constituents limited to those eligible for Southbound trading, and gives the Hong Kong universe a fixed majority of the index weight.
It is structured for ETF Connect: designed as the underlying for Hong Kong-listed exchange-traded funds that Mainland investors can buy through the Stock Connect programme, while retaining exposure to founder-led companies in other markets.

Universe
The constituents of the Solactive Lumenary Global Founders Index, so every company is already classified founder-led.
Selection
Hong Kong listings must be eligible for Southbound trading through Stock Connect; one share class is held per company.
Weighting
Free-float market capitalisation, with Hong Kong listings as a fixed majority of the index weight and a cap on any single constituent.
Rebalancing
Semi-annual. Full rules are in the index guideline.
