Scope

These terms govern use of lumenaryinvest.com and research.lumenaryinvest.com (together, “the sites”), operated by Lumen Investment Management Pty Ltd, trading as Lumenary (AFSL 493790, ABN 31 616 119 941). By using the sites, users accept these terms.

Nature of the content

Content on the sites is general information about Lumenary, its research, its indices and its fund. It does not take into account any person’s objectives, financial situation or needs and is not a recommendation to acquire or dispose of any financial product. Index data and research are provided for information; use of an index as the basis for a financial product or investment decision requires a licence from Lumenary.

Intellectual property

All content on the sites, including the founder-led classification framework, index names, methodology descriptions, research, text, charts and logos, is owned by or licensed to Lumenary and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may view and print content for personal or internal non-commercial reference. Reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or use of any content or data in a commercial product or service requires Lumenary’s written permission. Index names may be trademarks of Lumenary or the index administrator.

Index data

Index levels, constituents and related data displayed or linked on the sites are provided by the index administrator and are subject to the administrator’s own terms. Lumenary and the administrator do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of index data displayed on the sites. Licensed data is delivered under separate agreements.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The sites are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Lumenary excludes all warranties and all liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the sites or their content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Third-party links

The sites link to third-party sites, including the index administrator, media outlets and lawrencelam.org. Lumenary is not responsible for their content.

Wholesale-only content

Information about the Lumenary Global Founders Fund is intended for wholesale clients as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Retail investors should not rely on it.

Privacy and cookies

Personal information collected through the sites is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including the use of cookies described there.

Changes and governing law

Lumenary may update these terms at any time by posting the revised terms on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
